A DRAW AND TWO POSITIONS ABOVE

The China Super League sixth round this friday night (13) was an oppportunitty to Tianjin Quanjian reach the top positions. The match against Jiangsu Suning started with more ball possession of the hosts and pressure over the adversary. The players seemed determined to break the encounter’s taboo.
The offensive behavior since the beggining resulted in a advantage: Wang Youngpo opended the score at the minute 5. Tianjin manteined the ball possession for almost 20 minutes, when Jiangsu Suning balanced the game. The visitors started to reach the goal of Lu Zhang with more danger, but Paulo Sousa’s team could handle the pressure and secured the advantage until the halftime.
At the second half, the Cosmin Olaroiu’s team adopted an aggressive behavior in order to get the draw. The home team was motivated and continued to press the adversary.
With 58 minutes played, Paulo Sousa made a change: took off Wang Yongpo, an striker, and put Liu Yi, a defensive player. The coach wanted to guarantee the victory. The visitors also made some changes to increase its ball possession. The strategy worked out.
Trying to secure the 1-0 win , Paulo Sousas’ s defense got two yellow cards, but couldn’t contain the Jiangsu Suning. It was at the minute 85 when Boakye Richmond drew the game. The portuguese coach made two more substitutions, but no more goals were scored.
With the result, Tianjin Quanjian reached two positions in the China Super League’s table, occupying the 8th position.
